I got 99 problems but dry skin hasn’t been one for me this winter..

As the temperature drops, our skin often feels the effects of dry air and cold winds. Hydrated skin is happy skin, and keeping it that way in the winter takes a little extra care. Here are my go-to staples for locking in moisture and keeping your skin glowing all season:
✨ Gentle Cleanser – Avoid harsh, stripping cleansers that leave your skin feeling tight. Opt for a hydrating formula that preserves your skin barrier.
✨ Hyaluronic Acid Serum – A must-have humectant that pulls moisture into your skin, giving you that plump, hydrated glow.
✨ Rich Moisturizer – Creamy, occlusive moisturizers are your best friend for sealing in hydration and preventing water loss.
✨ SPF – Winter sun can still cause damage! Protect your skin daily with a nourishing sunscreen.
✨ Lip Balm + Hand Cream – Don’t forget your lips and hands—they’re exposed to the cold, too!
🌟 lets talk more about Hyaluronic Acid [HA]
Hyaluronic acid is one of my favorites and my skin drinks it up like the way I consume water. (iykyk)🌟
Hyaluronic acid is a winter skincare MVP. It’s a naturally occurring molecule in your skin that holds up to 1,000x its weight in water. This humectant works by drawing moisture from the environment and deeper layers of your skin to the surface, making it look plump, smooth, and refreshed.
However, using it correctly is key!
👉🏽 Always apply hyaluronic acid to damp skin to lock in hydration—if your skin is dry, it can actually pull moisture out.
👉🏽 Layer a moisturizer on top to seal in all that goodness and prevent water loss.
👉🏽 Bonus: Pair it with a humidifier in your home for an extra hydration boost during the dry winter months.
👉🏽 Like I always say— all skincare is not created equal, so invest in a product that gives you the change you are looking for.
Taking these steps will help you maintain soft, supple, and radiant skin no matter how cold it gets!
